Alicia has had a passion for animals for as long as she can remember. Growing up, she cared for a wide variety of pets, including turtles, hamsters, pigs, and rabbits, which helped foster her lifelong love of animal care.

During high school, Alicia was actively involved in agriculture classes and completed a veterinary assistant certification program, further solidifying her interest in the veterinary field. While she enjoys working with all types of animals, her favorite patients are large animals—especially horses.

After graduating from high school, Alicia immediately pursued her career goals by enrolling in veterinary technician school. She earned her degree from the Veterinary Technician Institute and completed her externship right here at North Channel Animal Hospital. During her externship, Alicia made a lasting impression on our team with her positive attitude, strong work ethic, and dedication to patient care. When a position became available, she was one of the first people we contacted, and we were excited to welcome her back to the North Channel family.

Outside of work, Alicia enjoys staying active at the gym, spending quality time with her family, and running her grooming business, which keeps her busy and allows her to continue doing what she loves most—working with animals. Her passion for animal care and commitment to her patients make her a valued member of our team.
