Dr. Watts graduated from the University of Manitoba with a degree in microbiology in 2016, following she obtained a masters degree from the University of Calgary in veterinary medical science in 2018. In 2021 she graduated from the Western College of Veterinary Medicine, in Saskatchewan Canada. Dr. Watts joins North Channel Animal Hospital after a year of practice in a busy and exciting emergency practice in Manitoba, Canada. 

Dr. Watts always new she wanted to be a veterinarian; from a young age she found the human-animal bond special. She loved and thrived in science and biology and quickly knew that veterinary medicine would allow for her to combine her love of animals and science! 

Her passions live in surgery, internal medicine and client education-helping others understand and care for their animal family through all stages of life.

When not working you can fine Dr. Watts working out, exploring the outdoors, or baking up tasty treats to share with her friends and family!
