Dr. Kat Willis graduated from Louisiana State University School of Veterinary Medicine in 2024 with an award in internal medicine. She received her undergraduate degree from Louisiana Tech University in 2020 with a degree in Biology and minors in Chemistry, Spanish, and Animal Science. Her special interests include feline medicine, surgery, and internal medicine.

Dr. Kat has two cats named Junebug and Ophelia, who were brought to the veterinary school as strays during her clinical year. She previously owned two other cats named Patches and Maria, who lived to be 18 years old. In her free time, Dr. Kat likes to paint, ride her bike, read, and travel.

Dr. Kat is thrilled to begin her veterinary career at NCAH and share her passion for feline medicine and learn from doctors Bordeau and Watts!
